Yes, the dots on the top of the back windshield DO make up the antenna. The orange lines are for the defroster.
I know of some people that have spray painted the black dots the color of the tint or stuck a windshield banner back there. Two more options to consider.
dood.. the dots dont. if you look at the top of the rear window. there is a little plastic cover. that cover cover the plug to antenna, which looks like the defroster lines, but arent on the same ciruit.
cars that dont have window antennas may also have those black dots. a good tint shop should be able to tint over the dots w/o any problems (no sanding painting etc)
