that definantly sounds like your clutch is gone luderage.

mgilmore: replace the tranny fluid with only Honda MTF. redline is good, but it does not have all the additives that Honda MTF has. this will most likely help your problem, but probably wont completely solve it. and this seems to be a problem with all high mile integras.

about the first to second screech, the fluid in there could be broken down and your hearing the syncros.
