Probably wouldn't hurt to spray some lubricant on the bolts the day before you do it. I had a hard time with my rear suspension because the bolts were frozen in place. When I sprayed down the fronts they came off without a hitch.
Rear honda suspension is almost always impossible to get off. Front is usually not to bad. Spraying a few days in advance is good advice though.
