I don't think they would do anything at the mall other than your ears. Some mall places will do cartiledge, but that's it.

I know for sure that I will not stick anything through my wang.

Oh and by "just got" my ears I mean that I "only got," not that I recently had them done. Got em when I was like 16-17 or something.
