I would fix the bumper and get the suspension. Start with the basics befroe you get to fancy with the CF hood. My suspension is eibach sportlines with tokico illumina struts. I love it. I have had very bad experiences with coilovers, but thats just my opinion. Don't go cheap with a suspension setup. Spend the extra money and get something nice. KYB AGX's and ground control coilovers should be a decent setup for your ride.
Good point. As the addage goes: You get what you pay for.
I have GC coilovers and Tokico Illumina's and they are much much better than my stock shocks were. My car handles better, body roll is significantly reduced and ride quality is very good. All for around $650.
