I would fix the bumper and get the suspension. Start with the basics befroe you get to fancy with the CF hood. My suspension is eibach sportlines with tokico illumina struts. I love it. I have had very bad experiences with coilovers, but thats just my opinion. Don't go cheap with a suspension setup. Spend the extra money and get something nice. KYB AGX's and ground control coilovers should be a decent setup for your ride.
See, I know what you mean by the cf hood being fancy looking. The way I think of it, it's kinda like you have to back up your car in performance for the way it looks. That's why this is such a hard decision. But I want my hood fixed, and paint is too much. It's a predicament alright.
