Mate that with a five speed transmission and your fuel economy on the freeway is almost at four cylinder levels, anyway. If Honda does introduce a new engine block, that should lead the way for good things to come with the CL/TL, RL, and NSX.
I doubt a 3.0+L V6 can have gas mileage like an I4 on the freeway. I mean, unless the I4 is large, like 2.5L. But my GS-R gets about 30MPG. What's the chances of a 3.8L V6 getting that. Even the 3.0L V6 Accord w/ 6 speed manual doesn't get that high in gas mileage.
Also, Nissan only said 230+ so you'll never know exactly how much that'll be. But we all know they're claiming all their cars will have HP lead, so I would expect it to be above the 240HP from the Odyssey. But who really needs all that power in a minivan anyways? I rather get a DVD player and screens for the passengers/kids rather than a high performance minivan. I'm sure most mother who buy minivan would also see it the same way.
