my friend asked me a question about injectors for his car... unfortunately i couldnt answer it...

he ordered RC 440CC Injectors for his '99 Si last week... then somebody told him he needs clips from an OBD-1 car for them to work... something along these lines.

it doesnt make sense to me that he would need to change clips and the injectors to not come with them so here i am asking what you guys know about this?
