Default Tough Job for me today

Yesterday eveninng, take apart my 5th gen headlamp and trying to clean the housing. Then I tried to polish the cover, it doesn't work.

Today, I water sanded them and use them Blue Magic plastic scratch remover and polish. They turned out very well, Like new. I used 1500 and 2000 Grids sand paper (should have use 1000 and 2000 to save me time). Took me hella long time, those needles point scratchs so deep and there're so many of them. However, the cover turns out to be fine. :yay: Polish them and put the headlamp together. Cost me 3 hrs, 12 noon till 3. Right then, my gf came over, asked me to do the same thing for her 94 also. So I did it for her too, took me another 4 hrs. Then she saw how nice the new look of my DIY black housing, and asked me to swapped for her. Now I have her OEM chrome housing. I think the OEM will match my car's new color, once I paint it (within a month or so). The Black Housing would stand out like a soar thumb though. h:

Anyways, Put everything back on 2 cars. Take me forever since I mix up all the bolts and clips of 2 cars. :dunno: I finished everything by 9 PM. Both car's light output turns out SUPER GREAT, 3 times brighter than how they were.

Now, so tired, about to hit some zzzz  New Term start 2morrow............................ :upset:
