like booty said....the ingall kit will move the upper arm towards the fender and will bang on it if the car is really low or if you make hard turns. i had that problem before.

the skunk kit replaces the whole upper arm. which i like. but its pretty pricey.

you can go with either if you mods are mild.

people also had problems with the skunk kit slipping, same with the ingalls.
