I have trouble believing a 3.8 will he used. If it's based off the J series, why bother? It has plenty power, doesn't need more towing capacity, and why harm gas mileage/emissions? If it's an i-VTEC engine, I suppose I can see why, but it seems like overkill.

Also, why not put the bigger engine into the Pilot/MDX first? They need more torque for towing.
