A B18b was in the 2nd gen Integra's, just like in your LS teg_fan.

The B18c(?) is a GS-R or Type-R engine, in either case, it's vtec and makes between 180 and 195hp. Better engine, more torque, takes to mods better.

Go with the b18c.
