B18C.

The 3rd gen Integras are a bit heavy; I think you'll be dissapointed with the b16a...even if it's slightly built up. IMO B16a's belong in lighter weight CRX's and Civic Hatches. In the long run you'll also be able to make more power with the B18C, and you'll have an easier time selling the car in the future, if that's important to you.
