You didnt post any year on the TA, or if it has ram air. going with the assumption it does and its a 2002 then we'll take the TA's 340 stock horspower @ 4000 RPM vs the S-2000 240 @ 8300 , both are stock horsepower ratings so if the TA has more done to it, even if its minor stuff it will win, the s2000 would need more torque to get the job done.
