I have seen supercharged acuras selling very well before, so I was thinking that this would sell the same.

And my thinking is that if someone wants a FULL type R, they are looking for the type r because of the name. These consumers are the people who are looking for the quality of type r. These people do not want a theft recovery.

But the people who would consider buying a salvage title are the ones who can over look that buy what the car has to offer. A car pushing close to 300 hp will strike their attention.
