Did you buy it just to resell it? IF it has the suspension and everything i would swap the itr engine back in and use it for road racing. I find it pointless to use an itr for drag. As far as reselling it is pretty hard to sell a honda that has been turbo'd. People would probably rather have a complete Itr with a salvage title than an itr body with a turbo gsr engine.
