This is not a traffic issue anymore, it is a criminal issue. The lady at the traffic window sent me to the criminal department. I'm sure in a criminal case, ah, whatever...
I'm going to go look for a lawyer this weekend, I'm going to see what kind of a deal the judge will give me on the arraignment date and judge my chances from there.
are these 4 witnesses people you know.. cause if they are consider them pretty useless.. even with criminal charges it works the same.. every court ive ever been to takes plea bargains..
