If you had a blown headgasket, you would either see oil in your coolant, or there would be coolant mixing in with your oil, leaving a milky mayonaise looking sludge on your valvetrain. You might also be smoking out the tailpipe, or displacing coolant from your overflow reservoir. I'm not sure what resonator you're talking about, or what it could possibly contribute to a blown headgasket.
