Default Corner Weighting a Car / Camber Adjustment

Does anyone know of a shop in the bay area that can do such an adjustment? I will be providing a car with adjustable upper control arms, and it has coil overs so all of that can be adjusted as well.

Also, somewhat off the main question. Why could'nt I just park it on four scales and raise/lower the height to match the scales properly? Seems rather basic.

On the same note, what would be the ideal camber adjustment? I mean, are they just going to adjust it to '0' so that there is no negative or positive camber, and corner weight the car? Or are they going to give it a little bit of camber to help the tire "roll over" when I turn hard.

Just curious.
