To get a car corner weighted generally you want to find a shop that caters to road racers and such. Basically the car has to be put up on four scales (one under each wheel) and the ride height is adjusted at each corner to get the balance right. But that's not really what this thread is about. I'm sure it's been covered before, or hell you could alays start another thread.
