From what I've heard, the rear strut tower does very little to stiffen the rear of your car...so I personally don't think it's worth getting. I would agree with TonyT; I don't know how people on here can say the car rotated THAT much better with just a rear strut, because honestly it doesn't do all that much. You probably won't notice a difference at all on public roads.
