ok, i am really familiarized with my g2i.. i know my engine is a b18b, i know all of the engine codes and what they stand for. now, here is a question that i might get laughed at a ton for so please flame lightly


What exactly is v-tec, how does it work, and if its as benificial as everyone says, is it possible to convert my b18b to have vtec, and if so, what would be needed?


and i know vtec means variable valve timing... but what does that mean? are the valves hydro lifted?
