they won't seem any brighter to oncoming traffic. What sets them apart from the stock headlights, is the way the beam is projected onto the road (no these are not projector lights either). Go to hondasociety.com and do a search for ecodes. There is a post there with some before/after pictures I took of the beam patterns.
