I remember one episode when Homer and the fam. looked over Mr. Burns house and all that while he was at the hospital. Homer and his crew took Burnsies yacht to INTERNATIONAL waters to do some illegal stuff and eventually were raided by pirates. My guess is they live near the coast, but that guess is only supported by that episode Ya gotta remeber, it's a friggin' cartoon guys.
