No u cannot the fogs for 90-91 are almost square and the ones for 92-93 have a very different shape. I would look kinda funny if u try to custom fit them and it will not follow the cut-out on the inside of the bumper. U can always take the 90-91 bumper and put it on the 92-93 car.
