I was just told in one of the other threads that if there are any bubbles in the tire that the belt in the tire broke. I imagine that this has to be kinda' dangerous. I would replace the tire as soon as possible. Depending upon the severity of the bend in the lip of the rim, it might be usable for a short period of time, but it will be leaking air constantly.
