theres no set amount of time depends on how u drive, 3 of people at a time, road conditions.. it varies with every car i know people who drive on the stock shocks for years and never blew then i know people who blew out the stock shocks months after installing aftermarket springs. i went all out and did everythign 1 time. the only difference was i changed my springs down the line cuz the ride wasnt what i wanted (went from intraxx springs to sportlines)
