If the screws are stripped, i know that DeWalt makes come kinda tool for them, but I cant think of what it is called. I know that they make it cause the guy I did plumbing work with last summer had one, you should go check out sears and see what they have...thats the best info i can give ya...I hope it helps you out any :dunno:
