I cannot get the 2 friggin' screws out!!

Used a drill and everything. What can I do!?

HELP!

I think I might have tried so hard that I stripped the screws. Goddamnit. How am I going to get them off now? Once I get them off I am sure I get run to Home Depot to replace them.
