Are honda lug nuts easy to clean rust off of? being a fool i put the stock lugs on my steel rims for the winter, but i need them again in he summer and they are rust stained.

an if i wanted to pick up a nother 16 lug nuts what size fits accords (2001 EX sedan, if that matters)
