I also installed MB Quartz tweeters in the same place as the factory tweeters. However, my car is an LX. I had the dash out and ended up cutting out the speaker holes with a dremel. Then I purchased a pair of OEM tweeter grills that worked fine. It wasn't hard at all to mount the new tweeters. Looks like stock and sounds great.
