Well looks like veryone already answered the question but yes you can install a remote starter on a man. tranny. Your installer will probably have you sign a waiver..(If they are smart) and if you have a really good installer they can hook up a sensor switch that will not allow the car to start if the car is in gear...but most installers will not take the time...Could be as simple as installing a pressure switch around 1st gear area (Or whatever gear you normally leave your car in)....
