the only problem with the auto tensioner is serviceability and ease of use. it's a pain to swap timing belts with the auto tensioner as you cannot loosen it. you have to install the stopper from Honda and remove it to loosen up the belt, or buy the cam gear adapters to help slide the belt on and off.
