LEDs use an extremely low amount of current, much less than standard bulbs and this tends to affect how quickly they blink. I installed some of the PIAA super white Dual LED bulbs in the corners of my 96 Integra and although they don't distribute the light as much as a regular bulb, they do look pretty cool. I would say use the LEDs that don't involve turn signals. In a few weeks I'll have some of the PIAA 4 LED driving lights, which should work well.
