Well to be honest it is doable but depending on time and money it may not be worth.
Example: We have a 92 Civic that has been modified to RWD and has a chevy 350 in it.
Now mind you its cool as hell to look at but scary as f*ck to drive. I was supposed to drive it on the strip this summer but in testing it and mildly stepping on the gas

the pan twisted horribly and I got to limp back to the shop with a nice tear through most the mid-section of the car....we are planning to tube it this time and try to run it this summer anyways.
