I also have a problem inside the lens, the outside is good except for a few air bubles visible at the clear piece seam.

I guess you had better luck with you lights and you are right, you can't see it from certain angles and a few feet away so I guess I am keeping my lenses but only if they feet now!

And should I just put silicone all over the seams now or should I wait till I see any condensation inside?

Any way to seal area around bulb?
