I got mine from the same site about 2 years ago or so.

I never noticed anything messed up about mine, so I went out and took some pics.

There is a slight wrinkle where the clear meets the red, but it is inside the light (the outer seam in the color transition is perfectly straight).

Also you can only see it at certain angles.

My driver side one was perfect.

It looks like your defect is worse than mine...mine is small enough that I never noticed it, and now even after looking at it, it doesn't bother me.

You can't tell at all from more than a couple feet away:
