There are advantages to both cams. I am having the same decision to make.

If you want better low end torque, get the CTR/ITR cams

If you want more HP in the high end, get the skunk2 stage 1 cams.

So, it is up to you which one you want. Also, try to take into account, what your plans are for the future too.
