That's the C pillar. A pillar is up front, B in the middle, C in the back. They connect the midection of the car to the roof. And I agree with you 100%...very much like a Continental. Anyone else notice how damn small the back window is? Those wheels suck, too. Look like cheap aftermarket 15's.
