Well, you need to slide the plastic pin out first, it will come about half way out. Then pull the entire thing out, pin and housing.
I've had to buy a few replacement clips...kinda spendy...I think $2 a peice at Honda. You could get away with a couple missing though.
Steal one from your trunk, etc.
As far as the screws go...there is one in each front wheel well. Then there are either screws or bolts under the bumper in front of each front tire. Then there is one bolt in the middle...not under the bumper, but kinda under your emblem, and I can't remember if there is a bolt under the bumper in the middle.
Then pull out the sides of the bumper first in the wheel wells, then tug at the middle top front part under the hood.
