actually it made a big difference in my low end and even more from 5500 rpms to 8200 rpms. you feel vtec engage alot more. i now run close to 14.9 and i havent even installed my intake manifold or 4-1 header. so from my experience i noticed a differenc on my car. im sure he will if he gets one.
