Why does he need to upgrade his MAP sensor? If his MAP is dead, then he should just get a new/different OEM one. If he wants a MAP sensor that reads a wider range of pressure for tuning with a standalone, then he should get a GM 3BAR MAP, which looks like this:

If he's N/A, and his MAP sensor isn't malfunctioning, there's no reason to replace it. If it is malfunctioning, and he wants one that will bolt up to the stock location on the firewall, then a Civic MAP wouldn't be the best choice, since it attaches to the top of the throttle body.
