There's two sets of directions. One for for a 'shock' cleaning and the other is for usage every time you fill the gas tank. Shock cleaning is 1/2 the bottle for 10 gallons of gas and constant usage is I believe 1/10th of the bottle every time you fill.
There's little bars showing you how much to use and everything.
