Default Angry about HID Problems - PLEASE HELP!

OK - The first mod I performed on my 2003 Accord Coupe i4 was installing Hella HID kit - 7500K.

OK, one light turns out defective, and turns 'yellow' instead of 'brightening up' for the brief warm up.

First question: In cold climate: 30 degress or so F - it take s a second for the lights to 'brighten up' - is this normal?

2nd ?: When it was horribly cold out - like 5-10 degress I'd hear the balasts click to turn on the lights - but ine, or both would be so cold they'd flicker on quick, then turn off. :-( Is this normal?

Long story short - I ordered a repalcement 7500K bulb from MisterJung (I bought my kit on eBay - can't get back in contact with him - my credit card refunded me because of the defectivve bulb .... yada, yada) MisterJung was an arse - and NEVER sent the bulb for 2 months until I filed a Paypal.com compl.aint - and 2 days before he lost his account he sent it out. Whatever.

THEN when I get it, it's a 5500K bulb!!!!!!!!!!!

I'll be getting my refund from him via paypal.com - don't have time for him anymore.

THEN I bought a Bohmen FULL 6000K kit - and just used the bulbs, and did some electrical work to change the connectors - to replace both the bulbs on my car, one of which was defective and really yellow - and it's now ~40 F and it 'brightens up' fast with the new 2 6000K Bohmen bulbs, and the Hella balasts. I'll be selling the Bohmen balasts more than likely on eBay -or e-mail me if you want them.

NOW I have - MAYBE a problem with THESE Bohmen bulbs - because as soon as I turn on hte lights they are a nice BMW X5 like blue ..... and then ...1/2 a second later they go to a very white. That's fine with me - but I liked the blues that I got when I turned on the lights to begin with - and my other good light - while I had that in turned from dim blue, to brighter. These turn from a Blue to a White - but don't seem to be TOO much dimmer.

I am concerned here though.

SORRY for the SUPER long post - but SOMEONE who knows a good deal about HIS systems, etc. - PLEASE respond.

Thanks!
