I couldn't agree with that statement more.

I'm only a few days away from 18 and I got my car 2 days after I turned 16. I hate to admit it but my car was basically a b-day gift. But as far as mods, repairs, gas, and insurance I have to pay for it all... which is why not a whole lot is done to my car.. heh.. I mean I didn't even do the headlight mods... it was already on the car.. heh... here are pics...
