Two problems here...first, you shouldn't run two amps to 3 subs, unless the amps are strappable.

I guess you could wire one coil from each of the subs to one amp, then the second set of 3 coils to the other amp. But that's one hell of a hassle...

If you are looking at amps, I highly recommend that you entirely disregard any spec with the word "peak" next to it....generally, those numbers are fairly usless. Take a look at the RMS numbers.

I'm willing to bet that you will find a single 1000W RMS amp to be more then capable and easier to mount, setup and wire then a pair of smaller amps (this route is typically cheaper too!)
