I brought my Evo used.. and it was like 1 year old and that was there... then i drove on it for another year... and nothing like that ever happened.... ACTUALLY, i gave it to my friend and he is still driving on it now.. so My old evo is now over 3 years old and nothing like that has happened....So umm yea, thats not Natural
Go get that fixed... you should be fine
