I have a 2016 Trail Premium with 85,000 km, a 3" Lift and 285/70/17 Duratracs. The Duratracs seem to have been off balance since I put them on ~ 8,000km ago which has led to some vibrating at certain speeds and I also felt like the caster was off because I found myself correcting the steering often when I was at highway speeds. So I took it in and had my alignment done and wheels balanced and my 4Runner drove like a dream ... for 1 day until I was backing out of my parking space after work going slowly at full lock and heard a clunk. Now my steering wheel is off by about 45* and my wheels are toed in visibly. So I brought it back to the shop that did the alignment and they suggested the Speed Test steering rack might be shot.
