jaydub, I have a question for you.

I just got back from discount tire and I took a closer look at my wheels... the inner lip (the ring around where the center cap goes) where they bolt down the wheel onto the balancer -- the paint is chipped on all the wheels . 3 of them have small chips and the 4th rim has three separate chipped spots. Is this a common thing or did this guy not do it right? And do you know if discount tire is liable or am I just shafted?

These are buddy club p1 gunmetal rims so I dont think it is because they are cheap rims. I probably wouldnt care so much but these are brand new rims that havent been used. What do you think?
