i live in LA and for some odd reason, ive never been pulled over for my illegal parts of the car. The illegal parts include cleared and blacked out headlight housing, hyperwhite turn signals, 5% visibility tint, and no front license plate. One time, i pulled up right next to a cop on a red light with my windows up and they didnt do anything. I guess its because in LA, cops have more severe things to deal with, such as gangs and murder, drug dealings, etc, than to mess with innocent ppl that are into cars as their hobbies.
